How to View a Customer's Invoice and Payment History
Need to know how much a client owes you, or whether they've ever paid late? AstaBill keeps a full history for every customer.
Need to know how much a client owes you, or whether they've ever paid late? AstaBill keeps a full history for every customer.
Steps:
- 1Click Customers in the left menu.
- 2Find the customer and click their name to open their profile.
- 3You'll see a summary at the top: total invoiced, total paid, and outstanding balance.
- 4Scroll down to see a list of all invoices — with their amounts, due dates, and statuses (paid, overdue, draft, etc.).
- 5Click any invoice to open it fully.
Tip: Before a meeting with a big client, check their profile first. Knowing their payment history gives you context — especially if you're considering extending credit or offering new payment terms.
