How to Add and Manage Customers

Your customer list in AstaBill stores contact details for everyone you invoice, saving you time on every new invoice.


Your customer list in AstaBill stores contact details for everyone you invoice. Building it properly saves time — you won't have to re-enter the same details every time you create an invoice.

To add a customer:

  1. 1Click Customers in the left menu.
  2. 2Click Add Customer.
  3. 3Fill in their name, email address, phone number, and business address.
  4. 4Add their TIN if they're a VAT-registered business (useful for B2B invoices).
  5. 5Click Save.

To edit or delete a customer:

  1. 1Find the customer in your list and click their name.
  2. 2Click Edit to update any details.
  3. 3To delete, click the three-dot menu (⋮) → Delete Customer.

Note: Deleting a customer doesn't delete their invoices. Past invoices are preserved in your records even if the customer profile is removed.
