How to Use the Customer Insights Report
Customer Insights shows your top customers by revenue collected, how quickly they pay, and whether their payment behaviour is improving or worsening.
The Customer Insights report shows your top 8 customers by revenue collected, along with how many days on average they take to pay, and a payment behaviour status badge.
Steps:
- 1Go to Reports in the left menu.
- 2Scroll down to the Customer Insights section.
- 3Set your date range to the period you want to analyse.
- 4The table shows: customer name, total collected, average days to pay, and a behaviour status badge.
- 5Click Export CSV or Export PDF to download.
Tip: Use this report before renewing contracts or extending credit. A customer with an average of 45 days to pay on Net 30 terms is a cash flow risk — adjust your terms accordingly.
Note: Customer Insights requires the Growth plan or above.
