How to Switch Between Multiple Businesses

If you run more than one business, you can manage both from a single AstaBill login without logging out and back in.

If you run more than one business — say a catering company and a consulting side hustle — you can manage both from a single AstaBill login without logging out and back in.

Steps:

  1. 1Log into your AstaBill account.
  2. 2Look at the top-left corner of your dashboard. You'll see your current business name.
  3. 3Click on it to open the business switcher dropdown.
  4. 4Select the business you want to switch to.
  5. 5If you haven't added a second business yet, click Add New Business and follow the setup steps.

Tip: Each business has its own invoices, customers, and settings. Switching between them is instant — your data stays separate and organised.
