How to Set Up Your Business Profile (Logo, Address, Currency)

Your business profile controls how your invoices look to customers. A complete profile builds trust with clients.

Your business profile controls how your invoices look to customers. A complete profile — with your logo, address, and correct currency — makes your invoices look professional and builds trust with clients.

Steps:

  1. 1From your dashboard, click Settings in the left menu.
  2. 2Select Business.
  3. 3Upload your business logo (PNG or JPG, ideally square, under 2MB) or paste a logo URL.
  4. 4Fill in your business name, physical address, and contact number.
  5. 5Under Currency, select GHS (Ghanaian Cedi) — or USD/GBP if you invoice international clients.
  6. 6Add your Ghana TIN number if you are VAT-registered.
  7. 7Click Save Changes.

Tip: If you work with multiple currencies, you can set a default here but override it on individual invoices later.
