How to Invite a Team Member or Accountant

You can invite your accountant, bookkeeper, or a team member to access your account with exactly the right level of access.

You don't have to manage AstaBill alone. You can invite your accountant, bookkeeper, or a team member to access your account — with exactly as much access as you want to give them.

Steps:

  1. 1Go to Settings → Team.
  2. 2Click Invite Member.
  3. 3Enter their email address.
  4. 4Choose their role: Admin, Accountant, or Viewer (see the Team Roles guide for what each role can do).
  5. 5Click Send Invite.
  6. 6They'll receive an email with a link to create their own login and join your account.

Note: Invited members log in with their own password. They do not see your personal account settings unless they have Admin access. You can remove them at any time from the same Team page.
