How to Add or Remove Team Members
You can adjust who has access to your AstaBill account at any time. Removing someone blocks their access immediately.
You can adjust who has access to your AstaBill account at any time. Adding someone is instant; removing them blocks their access immediately.
To add a team member:
- 1Go to Settings → Team.
- 2Click Invite Member.
- 3Enter their email and select their role.
- 4Click Send Invite. They'll get an email to set up their login.
To remove a team member:
- 1Go to Settings → Team.
- 2Find the person you want to remove.
- 3Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to their name.
- 4Select Remove Member and confirm.
Note: Removing a team member doesn't delete any invoices or records they created. Their work stays in your account — they just can't log in anymore.
