AstaBill offers three plans. The right one depends on how many invoices you send and whether you need advanced features.
AstaBill offers three plans. The right one depends on how many invoices you send and whether you need features like team access or advanced reporting.
Plan overview:
- Free — Good for freelancers just getting started. Includes basic invoicing and customer management with a limit on monthly invoices. Paystack payments are included.
- Growth — For small businesses sending more invoices regularly. Adds features like invoice reminders, automatic late fees, and limited team member access.
- Business — For growing SMEs that need full team access, GRA e-VAT compliance features, detailed financial reports, and priority support.
How to check which plan you're on:
- 1Go to Settings → Billing.
- 2Your current plan and usage are shown at the top.
Note: You won't lose any data if you downgrade. However, some features will be locked until you upgrade again. If you're unsure which plan fits, start on Free and upgrade when you hit the limits.
