How to Share an Invoice Link with a Customer

AstaBill gives each invoice a unique public link you can send via WhatsApp, SMS, or any messaging app.

Not every customer prefers email. AstaBill gives each invoice a unique public link you can send via WhatsApp, SMS, or any messaging app — your customer can view and pay it right from their phone.

Steps:

  1. 1Open the invoice you want to share.
  2. 2Click the Share button (or the chain-link icon) near the top right.
  3. 3Copy the shareable link that appears.
  4. 4Paste the link into WhatsApp, SMS, email, or wherever you communicate with your customer.
  5. 5Your customer can open the link in any browser — no account needed on their end.

Tip: If you're on a call with a customer and they want to pay immediately, share the link over WhatsApp and stay on the line while they complete the payment. It removes every excuse for delays.
