How to Set Up Your Payment Account

Link your bank account to start collecting online payments through your invoices.

To receive online payments through AstaBill, you need to link a bank account. This is where customer payments will settle after each transaction.

Steps:

  1. 1Go to Settings → Payments.
  2. 2Click Set Up Payment Account.
  3. 3Choose your bank from the list.
  4. 4Enter your bank account number.
  5. 5Click Save to confirm.

Tip: You can update your payment account at any time from Settings → Payments. Changes apply to new payments only — existing pending settlements are not affected.
