How to Set Up Scheduled Report Digests

AstaBill can send you a financial summary by email on a weekly or monthly schedule — useful for staying on top of your numbers without logging in.

AstaBill can send you a financial summary by email on a weekly or monthly schedule. This is useful for getting a regular overview of your invoicing activity without having to log in each time.

Steps:

  1. 1Go to Settings → Business.
  2. 2Scroll down to the Scheduled Reports section.
  3. 3Toggle Send advanced report digests on.
  4. 4Choose a Delivery frequency: Weekly or Monthly.
  5. 5Enter the email address you want the digest sent to.
  6. 6Click Send test digest to preview what the email looks like.
  7. 7Click Save Changes.

Note: Scheduled report digests require the Growth plan or above.
