How to Manage Email Notification Preferences

Control which email alerts AstaBill sends you so you only hear about the things that matter.

Control which email alerts AstaBill sends you so you only hear about the things that matter to your business.

Steps:

  1. 1Go to Settings → Notifications.
  2. 2The main toggle Email Notifications controls all email alerts. Turn it off to stop all emails from AstaBill.
  3. 3When the main toggle is on, you can control individual alerts.
  4. 4Toggle each one on or off as needed. Changes save automatically.

Available notification types:

  • Invoice Reminders — alerts when your invoices are due or overdue.
  • Payment Received — instant notification when a client pays an invoice.
  • Quote Updates — alerts when a client accepts or declines a quote.
  • Marketing Updates — new features, tips, and platform news from AstaBill.

Tip: At minimum, keep Payment Received on — knowing the moment a client pays is one of the most useful alerts AstaBill can send you.
