Can I send a deposit invoice and a balance invoice for the same project?+
Yes. Create two separate invoices for the same client — one for the deposit and one for the final balance. Each has its own payment link, due date, and status tracked independently.
Do my clients need an account to pay?+
No. Clients open a public invoice link — no login, no app download required. They see the invoice, click Pay, and complete the Paystack checkout on their phone.
Can I remove AstaBill branding from my invoices?+
Yes. Starter, Growth, and Business plans remove AstaBill branding from invoices and payment pages. Your logo and brand colour are the only branding your client sees.
Can I invoice in USD for international clients?+
AstaBill processes Paystack payments in GHS. You can display a custom currency label on the invoice for billing reference, but Paystack checkout settles in GHS.
Is there a free plan for creatives just starting out?+
